Can you deliver my order to my hotel room?

Absolutely, we deliver all of our solutions directly to your room or can drop off your product with the hotel concierge, front desk, or business center.



Can I rent products instead of purchasing them?

Yes, you will be charged a daily rental fee and a refundable deposit based on the product you would like to rent.



How long will my delivery take?

Most deliveries are usually completed to the guest in under an hour from the time we receive your call.



Can I place a special order for a product that is not listed on your website?

Yes, special orders will be charged a service fee based on the complexity of your request. You will also be asked to provide detailed specifications of the item that you are requesting.
